PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at youngtechnologyy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) so we can assist you.
